Low Season rates

Low season rates apply from November to the end of March, except during school holidays.

Book via our own site with the following codes to enjoy a 10% Low season discount.

Conditions

The conditions are clearly stipulated in the rental contract and the rental agreements The main agreements are :

* The beds are made upon arrival, bath and kitchen linen are also provided.

* The rates include the consumption of electricity, water, gas, wifi and the use of the swimming pool.

* The final cleaning is included, but please leave the holiday home wipe clean.

* Breakfast and other meals are not included in the price.

* A deposit of € 500,00 is requested , by bank transfer, 7 days before the stay.

* Cancellation conditions : 30% up to 14 days in advance, afterwards the full rental price (see contract for specifications)

* The house is non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed..
